Nor-Cal Pipeline Services specializes in CIPP lining, a trenchless pipe rehabilitation method that restores damaged pipelines without excavation.
CIPP Lining (Cured-In-Place Pipe) Solutions
What Is CIPP Lining?
Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining is a proven trenchless rehabilitation method used to repair and restore existing pipelines without excavation. This no-dig solution reduces costs, eliminates surface disruption, and delivers long-lasting structural improvements.
Nor-Cal Pipeline Services provides efficient and affordable CIPP lining designed to restore the integrity of damaged sewer, storm, and industrial pipelines. Our resin-saturated liners are installed and cured in place to create a durable new pipe within the existing one—improving flow capacity and extending system life.
CIPP lining significantly increases resistance to temperature changes, chemicals, oils, and corrosive environments, ensuring your pipelines operate safely and reliably for years to come.
What Is UV CIPP Lining?
UV CIPP lining uses ultraviolet (UV) light to cure the resin-impregnated liner. This method is faster and more controlled than traditional heat or chemical curing, as the UV light accelerates the curing process and allows for immediate hardening. UV CIPP is particularly useful for large-diameter pipes and long, straight sections of pipeline with minimal lateral connections. It’s also beneficial in situations where the pipeline is in a challenging environment, such as busy gravity sewer systems with multiple lateral connections.
